Born 1985 in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Lives and Works in New York City & Jersey City

Christina Labey earned her B.F.A. from the University of Minnesota Duluth and her M.F.A. from Parsons, The New School for Design. Her practice combines photography, printmaking, and publishing; select projects have been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, New York; International Center of Photography, New York; Family Business Gallery, New York;  Foley Gallery, New York;  Sydhavn Station (Denmark), and the Tokyo Institute of Photography (Japan).

In 2010, she founded Conveyor Arts with Jason Burstein, a print and production house for small edition artist books. She is currently the publications director for Conveyor Editions, she oversees an imprint that commissions the production of several new artist projects each year. Recent contributions include The Photobook Review (Aperture, 2014), 10x10 American Photobooks (bookdummypress, 2013), and Publish Your Photography Book (Princeton Architectural Press, 2014).
